Yes — with an additional $35 rush fee. However, highly complex or unique custom designs cannot be rushed and must be ordered in advance.
Yes, we deliver worldwide via DHL Express and UPS with delivery times of 5–10 business days.
We accept payments in RUB (₽), NGN (₦), USD ($), EUR (€), and GBP (£). Full payment is required upfront. Installment options are available for custom orders only (70% upfront, 30% on completion).
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 3–5 days (Russia) or 7–10 days (international) of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective. Contact our support team before sending anything back.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional production time — we will communicate the timeline clearly upon confirmation.
