• —Favry Fashion House reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.
• —By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We aim to represent all products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions. However:

• —Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration and photography lighting.
• —Fabric texture and drape may differ slightly from on-screen appearances.
• —Custom orders are made to your confirmed specifications — variations from reference images are expected where exact replication is not requested.

• —Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or significantly different from confirmed specifications.
• —Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• —Favry Fashion House is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
• —Production cannot begin until full payment (or the 70% installment) is confirmed.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• —Courier or logistics service delays
• —Customs and border processing
• —Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.)
• —Incorrect address or contact details provided at checkout

• —All designs, images, branding, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Favry Fashion House.
• —Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.
• —Custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of Favry Fashion House unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
